Partnering with service companies providing fully licensed technicians assures you are getting the right person for the job. There is no “one size fits all”. Most experienced technicians specialize in a particular venue such as retail, residential, commercial, institutional, etc.
With a Scope of work and illustrated checklists in hand, site surveys of all fixtures requiring locks are performed.
The survey includes the number of locks, types, cores, keyways etc. along with noting any anomalies that may exist, with photo or specs.
Based on the survey, a quote is prepared. Necessary instructions and/or videos are provided to the technicians if needed.
All completed installations must be signing off by a manager or person in charge.
Providing courteous service, excellent communications, attention to detail and immaculate clean up are all part of our service.
