Warranty

Delta Lock warrants, for a period of 1 year from delivery, that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship and makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the degree of security or the purchaser’s application or use of our product. In the event that a Delta product is determined defective, Delta shall only be responsible to the extent of the cost or supply replacement of our product and will not accept any claims for loss of merchandise or labor outside of correcting the defect.  This warranty is for Delta locks only and does not cover locks improperly installed or lock issues caused by fixture failure or abuse.
